A focused award that builds core professional knowledge in a defined subject area. Suitable for practitioners entering a field, or adding a specialism to existing experience.

- Every award is studied fully online, with tutor support and flexible pacing.
- Assessment is by applied assignments, portfolios and — at the higher awards — supervised research.
- Learners may progress from one award to the next, carrying credit forward.
- Study takes place in the Institute's Learning Portal, alongside your tutor and your award record.
