The Institute's open publication for applied research, policy analysis and professional practice. It exists to make useful research freely available — to practitioners, policymakers and the public, not only to academics.

  • Security, policing and regulation
  • Education, learning technology and innovation
  • Public policy, institutions and governance
  • Health, wellbeing and community practice

Publish with us

We publish research free of charge — there are no author fees and no paywall. We welcome submissions from independent researchers, practitioners and doctoral candidates worldwide.

We also publish academic books free of charge. We take care of the entire publishing process — editing, layout, graphic design, production and worldwide distribution — so researchers can focus on their work while reaching the audience it deserves. In return, authors donate their royalties to the Institute, reinvesting them directly in research, scholarly publications and community projects.

Send an abstract of up to 300 words, together with your full paper or book proposal and a short biography, to info@loprestiinstitute.com. Every submission is read by the editorial team and, where appropriate, sent for peer review.

Editorial standards

Submissions are assessed on originality, methodological soundness, clarity and practical relevance. Authors retain copyright in their work.
